How we publish
We publish only certifications that are currently valid and backed by original documents. Where a certificate has expired or is under reassessment, we state that status rather than leaving the claim standing. In export produce, one inaccurate claim can hold up an entire shipment at customs.
Planting area and packing house codes
Many import markets require produce to come from a planting area and packing facility that hold an assigned code registered with the importing country authority. A planting area code is tied to a specific cultivated area; a packing house code is tied to the site where produce is graded and boxed.
When discussing a specific item, we provide the corresponding codes so partners can verify them before contracting.
Internal quality control
Alongside third-party certification, the cooperative keeps an internal record set for each season: field logs, the list of inputs used, pre-harvest intervals, grading outcomes and per-lot inspection results. This record set is what we work from when a partner requests traceability.
Laboratory testing
For parameters that require a laboratory — residues, microbiology, heavy metals — samples are sent to a designated testing body and the report is filed against the lot code. Partners can request the report for the exact lot they receive, not a generic sample certificate.
