For export produce, a growing region is not simply where the goods come from. It is where most of the quality of a shipment three months away is already decided. So we organise the growing region first, and take orders against what it can actually deliver.
Organised by zone and crop group
Growing areas are divided by geographic zone and by crop group, each zone followed by one technical focal point. This gives control over three things a spot-market supply chain cannot control: which inputs are used, when harvest happens, and what volume each zone will yield.
One cultivation protocol, not several ways of working
The cooperative agrees with member households on variety, cultivation practice, the list of permitted inputs, and pre-harvest intervals. Pre-harvest interval is the point most often skipped at small scale, and the most common reason a consignment fails a residue check in the importing market.
Field records
Records are written through the season, not reconstructed once someone asks for them. They are the basis for tracing a specific lot back to the plot and the picking date when an importing partner or a plant-health authority requires it.
VietGAP certified vegetable area
The vegetable part of the growing region is certified to VietGAP crop production under TCVN 11892-1:2017, certificate FAO-VG-TT-68-24-05 issued by FAO Certification and Testing JSC, valid until 10/08/2027. The certified scope covers 20 ha across 7 farming households, with an expected yield of 1,490 tonnes per year.
Those figures are the scope of the VietGAP vegetable area only, not the size of the whole growing region. Area and volume for the other crop groups are provided against each specific enquiry.
Why this matters to a buyer
An organised growing region produces more even sizing and ripeness, so a higher share of the crop meets specification. More importantly: when an importing market tightens a parameter, we can adjust at the cultivation stage for the next season instead of only rejecting fruit at the final sort.
